Six cornerbacks ran sub 4.40 40-yard dash times, 11 posted at least 16 bench press reps of 225 pounds, and seven recorded a vertical jump of at least 38.0 inches.

Not only are there legitimate arguments to make about each of the Draft's top quarterbacks - Sam Darnold, Baker Mayfield, Josh Allen, and Josh Rosen - but a phenomenal Combine performance from running back Saquon Barkley has also pushed him back into top-two consideration. He put up 20 reps in the bench press using a prosthetic hand, then ran the 40-yard dash in 4.38 seconds. His 40 time of 4.52 was impressive for a 227-pounder. After playing like a potential top-10 overall pick during the season, Brown's lack of effort showed in drills and coupled with a clear lack of focus during his Combine training, reflected poorly on his prospects. He was the American Conference Defensive Player of the Year in 2016 with 92 tackles, 20 tackles for loss and 11.5 sacks as an outside linebacker.

The Lions also have Tabor, who infamously ran the 40 in 4.62 seconds at the combine but became a second-round pick after Bob Quinn watched more film on him than any prospect he's ever scouted. He took his chances by declaring for the NFL Draft and that looks like the right call so far.

Broadcom pledges 5G commitment to keep Qualcomm offer on track
Broadcom , based in Singapore, has pledged to move its headquarters to the US , which it believes would remove CFIUS jurisdiction. Mr Cornyn said on Monday he was glad CFIUS made a decision to review the deal, noting aggression by " rivals, like China".

Davenport checked off all the physical boxes here at the Combine. And unfortunately for the former Sooner, he turned in a historically poor performance, finishing last in the 40-yard dash (5.85), vertical (19.5 inches), broad jump (6-feet-10), short shuttle (5.38) and bench press (14).

James (6-3, 215) and Alabama's Minkah Fitzpatrick (6-1, 201) are considered the top two safeties in the draft.

Following the same model, the Browns' current collection of draft assets represents the third-most draft capital dating back to 1970, with only the 1991 Dallas Cowboys and 1982 New England Patriots having possessed more. Mata'afa managed only 31.5 inches in the vertical, 9 feet in the broad jump and 7.24 in the three-cone - not bad numbers, but not what evaluators were hoping for. And McFadden managed only 4.67 on Monday, confirming the concerns many evaluators had about his straight-line speed.
