Trump's approval ranking is on the rise

Forty percent of registered voters approve of President Trump's job performance, while 55 percent disapprove, according to a survey released Wednesday by Quinnipiac University.

An email sent to Trump supporters from 45's website Thursday reads, "President Trump has a stronger approval rating (48%) today than Barack Obama (44%) did in 2010 on this same day". Two-thirds of American voters overall give a resounding "no" to that question -- but Republican voters are roughly evenly split.

"Given the overwhelmingly negative coverage President Trump has received (in the 90% negative range) and the overwhelmingly positive coverage President Obama enjoyed (remember the late night comedian who complained that there was nothing to joke about early in Obama's presidency?), these approval polls reveal a public that has tuned out the mainstream media's nattering against the president", he wrote. But ask GOP voters, and it's the polar opposite.

The Hamiltons started playing together about three years ago, when it was announced mixed doubles would be coming to the Olympics.

Jim Hoft at the Gateway Pundit pointed out that on February 7, 2010, Obama had an approval rating of 44 percent of likely voters while 56 percent of disapproved. Roughly a third, 35 percent, say he's been fair. Mueller's investigation has charged four people, including former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn, who pleaded guilty in December to lying to the FBI about conversations with Russia's ambassador. "More than three in four Trump voters say that", according to YouGov on February 7. Overall, voters say the probe is legitimate by an 8-point margin.

This Quinnipiac University poll was conducted from February 2-5 among 1,333 registered voters.

"Even before last Friday's release of the House Intelligence Committee Republican memo, 49 percent said a special prosecutor is needed to see if the Federal Bureau of Investigation has been playing politics", the report said.
