Shimla: Congress Legislator Asha Kumari assaulting a woman constable in Shimla was caught in a camera. "She (the lady police constable) abused me and pushed me, she should have shown restrain". Well, while this became quite a news, all that leaped the situation is the lady constable slapping her back at the moment.

Neither Kumari nor Himachal Pradesh police has commented over the incident.

The constable, however, wasn't ready to go without a fight and slapped Kumari in return, following which the MLA landed another slap before the video of the incident cut away. However, when Himachal Pradesh MLA Asha Kumari tried to join this exalted league, the tabled turned surprisingly on her. "I am not happy at it". She had last hit headlines after her appointment as the Congress in-charge of poll-bound Punjab. "In a rage, I raised my hand in retaliation and she also did the same", Kumari told reporters outside the Congress office. "So far I have not made any complaints", she said.
