Melania Trump Definitely Did Not Want to Be First Lady, New Report Confirms Again

"The President, Barron, and I are very excited for our first Christmas in the White House", said the first lady.

According to Vanity Fair, it was the First Lady who who initially persuaded Trump to run for president.

It is believed that more than 25,000 people will visit the White House during the Christmas season and that it will play host to over 100 open houses and receptions. Recently a picture of the same was shared by Stephanie Grisham, the Press Secretary and Deputy Communications Director of Melania Trump. Stone continued, paraphrasing what Melania might have said: "Your friends are exhausted of this striptease".

"This isn't something she wanted, and it isn't something he ever thought he'd win", the friend told Vanity Fair. "Every four years you talk about it.'" And with that quasi-encouragement, Trump ran, but Melania wasn't counting on a victory. "She is the one who pushed him to run just by saying 'run or do not run.' I don't think she was ever too insane about it..."

Despite constant speculation about the dynamic between Melania and her husband, and numerous photographs that appear to show a deeply unhappy wife, a longtime friend of the president said he "listens to her and adores her". Despite her reluctance, Mrs Trump has emerged as a more popular figure than her husband. "She knows what she wants". Her favorability rating is also much higher than son-in-law and presidential advisor Jared Kushner, whose favorability rating is only 20 percent.

Melania Trump's staunch style and fixed smile has been a constant source of internet speculation she's not happy about the role she finds herself in. And while the conspiracy theory has been debunked, Vanity Fair's new investigation into her secretive offices is now proving that the idea actually isn't so far-fetched after all, given just how much distance Melania has kept between herself and the White House.

"The decorations are up!" she wrote on Twitter.

This year the White House is filled with 71 wreaths, 53 Christmas trees with over 12,000 ornaments, and 18,000 feet of Christmas lights.
