Jay Cutler stayed in the locker room after halftime and didn't come out for the second half to be evaluated for a concussion, the Miami Dolphins announced.

The Dolphins committed 17 penalties and turned the ball over four times as they lost to the struggling Tampa Bay Buccaneers 30-20 at Hard Rock Stadium. Miami's Jarvis Landry came up with a 49-yard grab from Moore to move the Dolphins down the field on their first possession.

Moore replaced Cutler to start the third quarter but did not do enough under center to lead Miami to a comeback win over the Bucs. Kicker Patrick Murray, who had previously hit two field goals, would connect on a 35-yard field goal to put the Bucs up 23-20.

Prior to exiting, Cutler had completed six of his 12 passes for 83 yards, a touchdown and three interceptions, good for a paltry passer rating of 60.8.

Cutler has already thrown three interceptions against the Bucs, all in the first half, which reminded Twitter why Cutler will always be Cutler.

Back from a one-game suspension, Evans was targeted 10 times and hauled in five passes for 92 yards as Tampa Bay defeated an AFC East opponent for the second straight Sunday and raised their record to 4-6. A pass interference call on Tampa Bay's Robert McClain would advance Miami even further to the Bucs' one-yard line.
