Google announced today that it will begin rolling out restaurant wait time support within Google Search soon. Once it rolls out in their area, Googlers will be able to see not just average hourly crowd sizes under a restaurant's listing, but also a guess for how long it'll take to get a seat.

For the past two years, Google has offered a Popular Times feature that uses historical location-based data garnered from people's phones to determine when particular businesses, such as gyms and museums, are likely to be at their busiest or quietest. The information will be added to the Google Maps app in the near future. Their latest feature will be showing you wait times at restaurants. To calculate wait times, Google analyzes patterns of customer visits over the last several weeks.

Marseille's supporters have been unimpressed with the Frenchman's performances this season and broke past barriers at the Estádio D.

Google says that you should start seeing this new addition show up for "nearly a million" sit-down restaurants around the globe.

The new wait time feature will be supported on almost a million sit-down restaurant listings worldwide, initially in Google Search. Not only will it tell you which times are most popular among visitors and your estimated wait time for a table, but it will also tell you how long people typically spend at the business you're visiting.
