According to The Telegraph in London, http://www.telegraph.co.uk/films/2017/08/13/tom-cruise-injured-filming-mission-impossible/ Cruise has been filming the latest installation of the action series in an unknown part of London, with some on social media saying the film has been set on the Thames' northern banks.

The 55-year-old actor appeared to injure himself while filming a scene for Mission: Impossible 6 in London on Sunday where he jumps between two buildings. We wish Tom Cruise the best, and hope he recovers quickly. He managed to get himself onto the building but then limps away.

No stranger to wild stunts, Cruise has upped his game for Mission: Impossible 6, reportedly working for an entire year in preparation for a single stunt.

The 55-year-old actor was filming the latest movie in the 'Mission: Impossible' franchise - in which he plays International Monetary Fund agent Ethan Hunt - over the weekend when he was hurt on set.

Disney said that John Skipper, ESPN president and co-chairman of Disney Media Networks, will manage the new ESPN-branded service. Key to this will also be BAMTech's platform - providing an advanced, personalised, global service isn't easy.

He said: "What Cruise is doing in this movie I believe will top anything that's come before".

He's become quite the stuntman over his long Hollywood career, but that doesn't mean things always go right for Tom Cruise!

The extent of Cruise's injuries are not known.

M:I 6 is being directed by script writer Christopher McQuarrie, who has previously worked with Tom on movies Jack Reacher, Edge Of Tomorrow and Valkyrie, and Alec Baldwin and Rebecca Ferguson will both reprise their roles from Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation as Alan Hunley and Ilsa Faust respectively.
