Kneeling down beside him, Justin reassures him and asks if he's okay and appears to ask the crowd to give the man some space.

Bieber was seen offering a helping hand to the injured man, and was apparently "worried" and "cooperative" when the police arrived. Police told Mirror Online that Bieber has not been arrested.
