Nostalgic horror sensation Stranger Things unveiled a new trailer set to Michael Jackson's "Thriller" on Saturday as it built buzz for season two at the San Diego Comic-Con fan convention.

The trailer starts with the boys - played Gaten Matarazzo, Finn Wolfhard, Caleb McLaughlin and Noah Schnapp - crowded around 1980s video game "Dragon's Lair".

In the first-season finale, Joyce and Hopper rescued Will from imprisonment in the Upside Down, a bleak world that exists simultaneously with our own world.

That final scene is the most important though, because we finally see that Eleven has indeed survived, and she appears to be back in the Upside Down, where she's found a new entrance back into the real world. They went particularly nuts for Millie Bobby Brown who plays the powerful Eleven. It's a very promising look at season 2 of Stranger Things without going too much into spoiler territory and I'm very glad for that. You just have to love Vincent Price's creepy voiceover, and the trailer is sure to have us pumped for the Halloween season when Stranger Things 2 comes out.

England reach final of Women's Cricket World Cup
England edged the Proteas by two wickets in a thrilling semi-final match that went down to the last over in Bristol on Tuesday. At the other end was Jenny Gunn , a veteran of 137 ODIs, and a part of the England team that won their last World Cup in 2009.

"Compared to last season, Will shows more bravery", Schnapp said. The acting brilliance of Dustin, Mike, Will, Lucas and Eleven, more 1980s nostalgia and Michael Jackson's "Thriller" binding it all together - everything about the trailer is flawless. New additions to the cast include Paul Reiser (Mad About You), Sean Astin (Lord of the Rings) and Will Chase (Nashville) as the patriarch of the new family in town. Seeing the denizen with its enormous, tentacle-like appendages makes me think it's inspired by the deep ones of H.P. Lovecraft's writings.

The camaraderie among the cast was clear as they watched the trailer for the new season.

The answer, sadly, is no, but at least we have Eleven and the rest of the gang to look forward to on October 27.
