Actor Shia LaBeouf was arrested early Saturday morning on disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and obstruction charges.

LaBeouf approached a citizen and an SCMPD officer around 4:00 a.m. close to the intersection of Barnard and W. St. He then "became disorderly, using profanities and vulgar language" when one was not made available.

When he was told to leave, police say he refused and became aggressive toward an officer.

This is the latest in a series of arrests for LaBeouf.

They added that when the officer tried to apprehend LaBeouf, he ran into a hotel and was arrested in the lobby, where he continued to behave in a disorderly manner.

However it is believed no offers were forthcoming from America while he was unwilling to uproot his family for a move to China. Please drop your comment! Wayne Rooney could complete a free transfer return to Everton by the end of this week.

His name has since showed up on the Chatham County Sheriff's Office book log.

Shia is in town filming The Peanut Butter Falcon and it seems that he's becoming quite the unwelcome guest during his stay. The actor has been previously arrested for drunk driving (2008) and "drunken behavior" (2014). Just months after his failed "He Will Not Divide Us" performance art piece failed and resulted in his NYC arrest for allegedly assaulting a pro-Trump protester of the exhibit, the Transformers star has been arrested again.

He was arrested in October 2015 in Austin, Texas, also for being drunk in public and running through the streets of the city. As part of his 2014 plea agreement, Shia was to undergo alcohol treatment.
