Longtime Saints guard Jahri Evans is headed to Green Bay to sign with the Packers, according to NFL Network.

And it seems Packers coaches aren't happy that their GM, Ted Thompson, didn't do more to block Lang's move across the division.

Evans has shown in the past to be a valuable player making six straight Pro Bowls from 2009-2014.

Heading into the draft, the Packers now have a replacement for T.J. Lang who sighed with the Detroit Lions in free agency. "All these guys I don't know. never met. talking about it". The team also released Josh Sitton this offseason, leaving them dangerously thin at guard.

The Saints drafted Evans in the fourth round in 2006, and with 169 starts, he'll go down as one of the top offensive linemen in franchise history. He's clearly one of the few players in the running to be Green Bay's pick in the first round on Thursday night.

Here are their biggest draft needs.

US Senate Confirms Trump Nominee Rod Rosenstein for Deputy Attorney General
Heymann (1993 - 1994) and special assistant to Criminal Division Assistant Attorney General Jo Ann Harris (1994 - 1995). If he doesn't appoint a special counsel, Durbin said, responsibility will fall squarely on Rosenstein.

Former Green Bay Packers cornerback Sam Shields will pay a $500 fine after pleading no contest on Monday to a misdemeanor drug charge.

The other obvious need the Packers have is at running back, where Ty Montgomery, Christine Michael and Don Jackson are the only ones now on the roster at that position after Eddie Lacy bolted for Seattle in free agency.

As of right now, Justin McCray, Patrick Lucas and Barclay are the only guards on the Packers' roster; a trio that Rodgers has recently spoken highly of.

"It's just more so the want to". I really dislike a T.J. Watt pick because I would rather have Matthews and Perry rushing the quarterback than Watt.

McGinn, who has produced some of the most accurate draft content among those who publish mock drafts, says that the Packers "love" King, an athletic, 6-foot-3 cover man who helped the Huskies reach the college football playoff last season.

After coming back, Evans has played every single snap with the Saints.
