One dead in 'random' US train shooting

Chauncey Lee Daniels is facing numerous charges, including murder and three counts of aggravated assaulted, after authorities said he shot four people and then exited a MARTA train at the West Lake station around 4:30 p.m. A MARTA spokesman says one man died at the scene.

The injured were admitted to a hospital.

The suspect reportedly started shooting moments after the train departed the Hamilton E Holmes station, headed toward the West Lake Station, reported CBS 46.

Caleb said he yelled to other passengers to move to the front. Witnesses say the gunman seemed to be shooting indiscriminately, not aiming at any particular person.

Passengers were immediately removed from the train after the shooting and MARTA officials have announced an increased security presence throughout the system. Buses returned to their normal operating schedule about 9:20 p.m. Authorities have yet to determine a motive for the shooting at the MARTA station.

Bandai Namco's Teases New Project with the Hashtag "Prepare to Dine"
The graphic novel art style in the trailer may not be indicative of the final game, and might just be showing off what to expect. Nothing has been confirmed about the game so far, but Bandai Namco promises it'll reveal the project in full on April 20, 2017.

"My thoughts and prayers remain with the victim and everyone impacted in today's incident", MARTA CEO Keith Parker said in a statement.

According to MARTA spokesperson Erik Burton, the suspect in the shooting has been apprehended.

A man who was in the train vehicle told Atlanta's Fox 5 television that a man wearing a hat sat next to another passenger, his head bobbing. He was arrested about two weeks later after his sentence was suspended.

A suspected shooter is in custody in Atlanta after four people were shot at a public transit station Thursday afternoon.
