Plane Crash: Austin Texas Commercial Building
February 18th, 2010
Austin TX Plane Crash: Breaking news a small plane has crashed in to an Austin, TX office building. This is not a commercial airliner such as those used during the 9/11 terrorist attack. At this time, it’s not believed that the plane crash is due to terrorist activities.
NORAD launched 2 F-16 fighters in response to the crash. The damage done by the plane is devastating. So far, only two have been taken to the hospital due to injuries.
Law enforcement agencies warn that we need to wait before drawing conclusions as to why the crash happened or who is responsible. It could be an accident, or it could be more.
The NTSB said that the pilot of the plane could have crashed the plane on purpose. This is not official or confirmed reports at this time.
Fox News just revealed a startling theory about the plane crash in Austin, TX: the office building that the pilot crashed in to houses IRS offices. Some believe that the pilot had a disagreement with the IRS, set his own house on fire, and crashed a plane into the office building. This, of course, is only a theory at this time.
As the investigation continues, be sure to stay tuned for more updates. Those in the Austin area are encouraged to leave comments below to tell their first hand account.
