A Sprint iPhone 2010 Better Bet than Verizon iPhone? We’ve heard the rumors swirling about how Verizon will be releasing an iPhone “soon” and that Apple is currently working on an iPhone with CDMA network capabilities. Well, there’s one other network that pops in the minds of many when you speak of a CDMA network – Sprint.
Could it be that Sprint is more ready for and a better bet for the iPhone? Although Verizon boasts the largest network and currently has 80 million plus subscribers, it doesn’t have a 4g network.
According to Product Review News, Apple has said that they want Verizon to amp up their networks before adding the iPhone.
Currently, there’s only one cell phone carrier that comes to mind with a 4g network, and that’s Sprint. Sprint is the first and currently only 4g network in the US.
That’s not to say that AT&T won’t have a 4g network soon, as there is a rumored 4g iPhone to be released soon.
So what do you think? Do you think that Verizon or Sprint would be a better bet for the iPhone? Since Sprint already has a 4g network, do you think that they would be a better bet for the Apple iPhone?

I HAVE BEEN A SPRINT CUSTOMER FOR ALMOS 10 YEARS WITH 4 LINES FOR ABOUT $210.00 PER MONTH FOR THE WHOLE NINE YARDS.I WOULD LOVE FOR THE IPHONE TO BE BROUGHT TO SPRINT. IT AS A BETTER SIGNAL. I LIVE IN NJ AND SOME FRIENDS HAVE VERIZON AND THEY DONT HAVE A SIGNAL IN THEIR OWN HOME. WHAT HAPPENED TO( CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW) THEY STILL CANT HEAR. WITH SPRINT THE IPHONE WILL DO MUCH BETTER, AND US SPRINT CUSTOMERS WILL BE VERY HAPPY.
I m hoping this happens. If they bring an iphone to Sprint, it’s like my dream come true.

To survive, I believe Sprint needs a product like the iPhone. If not, they will likely be absorbed by the likes of a Verizon within 2 years. They have simply lost to many customers to ATT/iPhone. Just my 2¢. I am still on Sprint Palm OS (not WebOS) because of low cost data plans, but now trying to map future.
Love sprint, love their customer services. Have been with them for past 10 years. We have 4 phones with unlimited data and 1500 min family plan. Love the GPS service we get with the data plan.
I would love to get Iphone 4 with sprint but if it is going to raise our prices, i would rather stick with android phones that are just as good or better, such as EVO or galaxy epic

I live in a remote wooded area on a Large Lake
I Receive outstanding reception for all the phones on my plan I have the everthing plan w 5 lines Web browsing on my phones are quick and responsive.I get great service even while on the water. Many of my friends have other carriers and visiting have no service in my location.
I would love to have the I-Phone on the 4g network of Sprint.
I would not change carriers for any reason.
If Sprint were to bring the iPhone to its network, many users would most likely be left out. I’m talking about us “5 lines under $200 with unlimited everything”-type customers.
Apple *demands* a cut of the subscriber revenue, and Sprint, sadly, can’t afford both super-cheap plans AND Apple’s device charge (which is per-device, per-month)!
I want a I phone but I don’t like att and I was so happy to hear apple might go with verizon… when I found out sprint might get it I was not happy at all the service for sprint is worse than ATT! ugh… My thought why can’t all the cell phone providers offer the I phone!!!
I have an iPhone and an evo to sprints network rocks over AT&T and verizon but to have an iphone4 on sprints network would be insane I pay less than 200.00 a month for 5 sprint phone with unlimited service this would put sprint to number cause you can’t beat there pricing or coverage
I haven’t heard anything about a 4g iphone unless your talking about the iphone 4 in which tons of people called the iphone 4g before it was officially announced as the iphone 4.
I have sprint and they’re an amazing network, but i hate to say they probably will most likely head to verizon. Verizon has the largest amount of users and if they get iphone that number will highly raise. Considering that almost all at&t customers only switched only for iphone.BUT if verizon doesn’t make apple sign a contract stating they can only be on verizon, like at&t did, i think they should also go to sprint, and t-mobile, that way there would be millions of iphone users.
