California Fire update: Fires in the San Francisco Bay area began after a gas main exploded in San Bruno, California.  The end result was an entire San Francisco Bay area subdivision being engulfed in flames. Some say that the energy company is looking in to the possibility of a Natural Gas explosion.

Witnesses say that they thought that they heard a loud engine on an airplane – but it turned out to be the explosion.  Fire shot up 18 meters in the air as at least 18 homes were engulfed by flames.

So far, we are standing by waiting for reports to make sure that there are no deaths or injuries.

There is also a major fire going on in Boulder Colorado, where over 7000 acres of land has been engulfed in flames after a collision with a propane tank.

Stay tuned for more California fire updates about the fires in San Bruno and around the San Francisco Bay area.
