The 2010 US Open Tennis schedule and TV times are available.  The US Open 2010 schedule is jam packed with several grand slam tennis matches. Although Serena Williams won’t be present at this year’s match, the US Open schedule will still have plenty of intense play.

Since Serena won’t be there, there will be a lot of anticipation over who will win this grand slam event. After all, each year Serena is favored to win. Will it be rival Kim Clijster’s time to shine? What about Venus Williams and Samantha Stosur? There’s plenty of great talent to go around.

Those interested in watching the matches on TV can do so by viewing the Tennis Channel from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm all week. In addition, ESPN 2 is showing matches from 1:00 to 7:00 pm and then primetime matches until 11:00 pm.

The tournament goes on until September 12, 2010 – which is also the date of the first NFL games. The men’s championship match will take place at 4:00 pm on September 12.  Many are hoping that Roger Federer can stage a comeback, after losing the last couple grand slams.

Venus and Serena won’t be in the ladies doubles competition, opening up that division for some new talent. The Williams sisters are unstoppable when they are together, so the last few grand slams have been victories for them.
