Big Ten Tournament and Bracket, Schedule Available for 2010 Conference Championship. There’s not a conference quite like the Big Ten conference. The Tournament championship will ensure a bid in the NCAA championship, along side other bracket winners from the ACC, PAC 10, Big East, Big 12, and other conferences.
With big names such as Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio, and Penn State encompassed in the Big Ten Conference, it’s no surprise that these champions are often favorites in the overall NCAA championship.
Here is the schedule of the games that will be played for the Big Ten Tournament. All times are in EST and the games are broadcast on either ESPN or ABC (unless otherwise noted):
March 11, 2010
Game 1: Michigan vs Iowa 2:30 PM EST
Game 2: Northwestern vs Indiana 25 minutes after game 2
Game 3: Minnesota vs Penn State 25 minutes after game 3
March 12, 2010 Quarter Finals
Game 4: Game 1 winner vs Ohio State 12:00 PM (Noon)
Game 5: Wisconsin vs Illinois 25 minutes after game 4
Game 6: Game 2 winner vs Purdue 6:30 PM on Big Ten Network
Game 7: Michigan State vs Game 3 Winner 25 minutes after game 6, on Big Ten Network
March 13, 2010 Semi Finals
Game 8: Game 4 winner vs Game 5 Winner 12:00 PM
Game 9: Game 6 Winner vs Game 7 Winner 2:15 PM
March 14, 2010 Big Ten Championship Game
Game 10: Game 8 Winner vs Game 9 Winner 12:00 PM
