American Idol 2010 – Bret Michaels to Replace Simon Cowell? American Idol 2010 is over and there’s only one unresolved question – who will replace Simon Cowell? There’ve been many names thrown around, such as Ryan Seacrest, the host of the show. However, there is now one name surfacing that gets us excited.
Brett Michaels.
Now, Brett Michaels came back in the forefront of the entertainment world a couple of years ago with his VH1 reality show Rock of Love. He went on to have two more seasons – Rock of Love II and Rock of Love Bus…
Then, Michaels went on to compete (and win) Celebrity Apprentice. And then he survived an emergency appendectomy, a brain bleed, a warning stroke, and was diagnosed with a hole in the heart – surviving it all. He’s also coming out with a new reality TV show “Life as I know it” which chronicles Bret’s life off the road.
So what else could he rocker do? How about judge American Idol?
This would be great. After all, he’s got great musical talent, can give sound advice, and can be critical – yet positive -at the same time.
Other than Ryan Seacrest and Bret Michaels, the other name that has been thrown out there is Howard Stern. He would add a unique twist to the show as well.
What do you think? Would Bret Michaels make a great Idol judge?
