May 26th, 2010

Who Won The Biggest Loser 2010? Biggest Loser Final Weigh-Ins. The Biggest Loser is one of the best reality TV shows because it helps people live a better life.  Each season we watch people to work hard and lose weight – but only one of them can win the reality Show.

The gentleman who won The Biggest Loser this year is Michael Ventrella who went from 526 lbs to 262 pounds, losing over half his body weight – 264 pounds to be exact.

Ventrella’s win dwarfed that of the prior year contestant, Danny Cahill, who lost 239 pounds.

What did Michael win? Michael won a grand prize of $250,000 – and the biggest prize of all is a healthier lifestyle and hope for a more fulfilling life.

Struggling with his weight all his life, Michael tried many different things, including prescription weight loss pills.  Nothing seemed to work, which further complicated his self-esteem issues and feelings of self worth.

Now that Michael has lost all that weight, he has a new lease on life.  He hopes to find the job of his dreams as well as the love of his life now that he looks his best.

Congratulations to Michael Ventrella, winner of The Biggest Loser 2010. We hope that your weight loss will inspire big changes in your life and make it all the more fulfilling.

I’m happy to say that this show has helped me lose 20 pounds last year. It really is deeply motivational. If only I could afford Jillian to be my trainer! She’s amazing.
