2010 Kentucky Derby Results, Winner 2010 – Borel and Champion Super Saver’s Quest for the Triple Crown.  The 2010 Kentucky Derby results have given birth to one of the first confirmed starters in the Preakness race on May 15th.  The Kentucky Derby was the first race of the Triple Crown, and the Preakness is the second.

Calvin Borel raced Super Saver, who is trained by Todd Pletcher.  Borel is a word-class jockey and wants to win a Triple Crown with a horse.

And Super Saver could be that horse.  He will likely be one of the favored picks for this year’s Preakness, and then the Belmont Stakes if he goes on to win the Preakness.

No horse has won the Triple Crown since 1978, so if Borel pulled it off with Super Saver it would be a really great thing.
